  • The delivery time in Europe:
    5-9 working days from time of dispatch.

    With international orders we cannot guarantee the postal service is as reliable when it reaches its country of destination, so in some instances it may take longer than expected. The delivery time is calculated from the time of dispatch. The kits are dispatched within 48hrs.

    Please note:
    Outside of SWEDEN, the buyer is responsible for any import or customs fees that may apply.

    PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER OR CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY IF YOU NOTICE IT'S INCORRECT. INCORRECT ADDRESSES CAN LEAD ITEMS TO BE HELD UP FOR MONTHS WHILST THE ORDER IS RETURNED BACK TO US AND WE CAN RESEND

  • At the moment we don’t except returns unless the item you purchased has arrived damaged.

    If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at hello@rescent.org with a couple of photos of the damage and your order number and I will do my best to sort it out as soon as I can.
